cooking

Cooking is something I would like to do well, but it just seems to escape me. This is a dish I have actually made before, but this time something went wrong.

This is what it was suppose to look like.

It is banana bread. I realized while making the second one that I used powered sugar instead of flour. I know this seems to only happen on sitcoms, but I seems to pull it off in real life.
This concerns me sometimes. I would really like to be able to come up with great thing for my family to eat and actually be able to make it. It tends to get discouraging at times, because I don't want to spend a bunch of money on ingredients, spend an hour making it and then it turns out to be crap.
Then I got Sidney. I know this is a weird transition, but food and Sidney go hand in hand. I know that no matter what it is she will always eat it.

You used to make some good stuff when we would eat at your house. If you ever need any ideas just ask. Also check out allrecipes.com. They have great stuff that is easy and quick to make! Good Luck!

We all make cooking mistakes. My family was really glad that although last night's looked sick-o, it had bacon and tasted ok!
