Mom Visit

Posted by Paul and Jenny Stoker

My mom came and have a visit with us this last week, so here are some pictures from our trip to Savannah.

Gavin was really attached to my mom from the moment she walked through the door. We spent a lot of time explaining that Lanny had to go back home in a week and that we would go see her in the summer time.

These are just some shots of the river front downtown area.

This is the entrance to the cemetery in the middle of downtown.

Many of the head stones were to old and worn out to read, but the ones we could were usually a young person or child. I think the oldest persons headstone I saw was 45 when they died. It made me very grateful for modern medicines.

Gavin got a balloon animal and love it.

This is at the top of a light house on Tybee Island.

The pictures above are a few of many random pictures Gavin took of the lighthouse keepers home.

Paul and Gavin at an old military fort that was built in the 1800's.

And last but not least the kids at the beach.

I love that your mom looks like she's 25. :)
