Easter

Posted by Paul and Jenny Stoker

I love Easter. It is not as expensive or time consuming as Christmas, but the kids have almost as much fun. The only things that were a little disappointing about this Easter was first, not having the usual family get togethers and second conference is not on TV here so we will have to wait and read the talks in the ensign.

Even without all the family shindigs we usually have, I think Gavin still had a good time.

Gavin on his very own Easter egg hunt, so he got about 40 eggs to himself. Not a bad deal.

Sidney did this the whole time we looked for eggs and got the candy.

I was trying to take a picture of Sidney while she was awake, but Gavin had to get in on the action.

Even with the distractions, I was able to get a good picture of her with a little grin on her face.
I am so thankful for my little family and all the joys they bring to me. I am grateful for the atonement and Resurrection of Christ. I believe the moving here to Georgia has given us the opportunity to do things that strengthen our testimonies and bring us closer to Christ. I am very thankful for the love and support of all our family and friends, both in Arizona and in Georgia. But mostly I am thankful for the gospel and all that it does for me and my family.

Sidney is beautiful!! :)

And don't worry - you didn't miss much in AZ as far as conference is concerned. They didn't have it on TV here either. At least where I live. And we have COX cable....99 channels, and it wasn't on a single one. So we ended up watching it on the internet.

Glad you guys had a good Easter! :)
