Hello again. So now the summer is coming to an end. We are back in Georgia after a month and a half of vacation. We started off the vacation at Stone Mountain Resort here in Georgia, where we had a lot of good times together.
The kids and I did a lot of swimming at the resort and later on in Arizona.
We went to the top of Stone Mountain where there is a beautiful view.
This is the ball barn. It is three stories high with all kinds of gadgets to shoot and drop balls out of.

We then headed to Arizona were we surprised our families with my pregnancy that I had kept a secret for 6 months. I don't have any pictures of the surprise, but I do have video. But of course I don't seem to be able to download them on the blog.

We did the 4th of July at the Stoker's home and just set off our own fireworks.
Sidney was terrified of dogs until my nieces pulled this costume out of their closet and Gavin was able to show Sidney that dogs are not so scary.
Then for the rest of the trip it was hard to keep Sidney away from my moms old dogs.

We also went up the mountains for a few days where my family has a cabin and the kids had a good time just running around getting dirty.
We loved being able to see our families and spend some time with them. We have been so blessed with so much family. So far Gavin and Sidney have 28 aunts and uncles, with 21 cousins so far. I felt a little bad for Gavin because everyone kept asking if he remembered their names, which of course he didn't, but he was happy when they played with him.

Where is that swimming pool you took the kids to? I want to take the kids there (ha ha if it's in AZ that is). Glad you were finally able to tell your family about your pregnancy. I have no idea how you were able to do that. We were just not going to say anything and wait until people noticed when I was pregnant with Elle and we still barely made it past 12 weeks before we were bursting to tell someone ha ha. Maybe one day I can be strong like you :)
That pregnancy surprise is the best one ever! I am so happy for you guys :) I hope it feels good to be back after so many fun adventures...
